The revenues it generates will benefit the entire Québec community. The project represents an investment of nearly $150 million. It will soon choose a renowned hotel partner with which to join forces. Loto-Québec will be the sole owner of the hotel, which is expected to welcome its first guests within two to three years.

It will soon launch calls for tenders to begin the hotel design process.
